The authorized body in the field of the development of the agro-industrial complex in order to stimulate the creation of agricultural cooperatives in the framework of the implementation of the state policy for the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas:

1) provides information, consulting and methodological assistance in the development and implementation of measures to disseminate and implement the experience of creating and operating agricultural cooperatives, including through online resources;

2) develops proposals for:

creation of a favorable tax, financial, credit, and investment policy regarding the activities of agricultural cooperatives;

state support of agricultural cooperatives in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) promotes the training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for agricultural cooperation and conducting scientific research on agricultural cooperation;

4) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
