Authorized body in the field of education:

1) coordinates the interaction of government agencies to improve the level of education of secondary school students in the field of road safety;

2) approves standard educational curricula for teaching children the rules of the road;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 08.01.2021 No. 410-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

4) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2014 No. 194-V SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
