The authorized body in the field of physical culture and sports within its competence:

1) implements the state youth policy;

2) holds competitions with the participation of young people in sports, including national, technical and applied sports, mass sports;

3) promotes knowledge and achievements in the field of physical culture and sports, principles of a healthy lifestyle, including with the participation of high-class athletes from among the youth;

4) carries out interaction and cooperation with youth organizations on issues of physical culture and sports;

5) carries out the formation, monitoring of the implementation and evaluation of the results of the state social order for the development of physical culture and sports among young people;

6) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
