Authorized body in the field of procurement:

1) formulates and implements the state policy in the field of procurement of individual subjects of the quasi-public sector and organizes its implementation;

2) develops and approves regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of procurement of certain subjects of the quasi-public sector, including procurement of certain goods, works, services, in accordance with the purpose and objective of this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) defines the procurement web portals of individual quasi-public sector entities, with the exception of the Fund and the Fund's organizations;

4) initiates and considers cases of administrative offenses in procurement by individual entities of the quasi-public sector and imposes administrative penalties in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses;

5) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
