1. If, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, mandatory requirements for the quality of goods (work, services) are provided, the consumer has the right to receive goods (work, services) that meet these requirements.

2. The consumer has the right to check the quality, completeness, weight, volume, quantity, and dimensions of the purchased product (work, service), to check the properties or demonstrate the correct and safe use of the product in his presence, if this is not excluded due to the nature of the product.

3. If, at the conclusion of the contract, the consumer informed the seller (contractor) of the specific purposes of purchasing the goods (performing work, rendering services), he has the right to receive goods (work, services) of proper quality, suitable for use in accordance with these purposes.

4. When selling goods based on a sample and/or description, the consumer has the right to receive goods that match the sample and/or description.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of consumer protection, as well as measures to provide consumers with safe and high-quality goods (works, services).
