1.The owner of the online platform is obliged to take measures to improve:

1) content moderation systems;

2) Artificial intelligence algorithms;

3) ensuring the safety of minors on the online platform;

4) countering the placement and dissemination of illegal content on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) interaction with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The owner of the online platform annually publishes a report that includes the following information about:

1) identified systemic risks;

2) measures taken to reduce the identified systemic risks;

3) content moderation, indicating the illegal content deleted by automated moderation systems, the number of orders received from the authorized body, user complaints and decisions taken on them.

This Law regulates public relations related to online platforms operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as public relations arising in the process of production, placement, distribution and storage of online advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
