Article 13. Financing of social and medical-pedagogical correctional support of the Law On Social and Medical-pedagogical Correctional Support for Children with Disabilities

     Financing of social and medical-pedagogical correctional support is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds, as well as other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2002 No. 343.

     This Law defines the forms and methods of social, medical and pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities, is aimed at creating an effective system of assistance to children with developmental disabilities, solving problems related to their upbringing, education, labor and vocational training, and preventing childhood disability.
