1. Project proposals are submitted by government agencies and the operator to the authorized body.

2. In order to implement the main directions of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of official development assistance and on the basis of project proposals, taking into account their foreign policy expediency, the authorized body develops and approves an action plan for official development assistance.

3. By decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official development assistance may be provided outside the official development assistance action plan.

This Law regulates the legal relations related to the provision of official development assistance to States cooperating with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
