Article 13. Freedom of Conscience of the Law On the Legal Status of Foreigners

     Foreigners residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan are guaranteed freedom of conscience on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     Incitement of hostility and hatred in connection with religious beliefs is prohibited.
