1. In order to solve the tasks provided for by this Law, the body carrying out counterintelligence activities creates, operates, develops informatization facilities, ensures their security, and also conducts counterintelligence activities.

2. The procedure for the creation, development, operation and security of informatization facilities of the body engaged in counterintelligence activities is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The procedure for the establishment and termination of counterintelligence cases is determined by a regulatory legal act of the first head of the body carrying out counterintelligence activities, in coordination with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2016 No. 35-VI SAM.

This Law defines the legal basis of counterintelligence activities and the system of guarantees of legality of their implementation.
