1. Interaction between government agencies and the Fund, organizations belonging to the Fund's group, not related to interaction within the framework of the activities of the sole shareholder of the Fund, membership of heads of government agencies in the Board of Directors of the Fund, is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1-1. Deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan are provided with any requested information about the Fund's activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Interference by government agencies in the operational (ongoing) activities of the Fund, organizations belonging to the Fund's group, is not allowed, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Reporting by the Fund and organizations belonging to the Fund's group to government agencies, with the exception of reporting, which is directly provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is carried out by posting relevant information on the Fund's Internet resource.

The rules for posting reports required by government agencies on the Fund's Internet resource, as well as the list, forms and frequency of posting reports are approved by the central authorized body for state planning.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 1, 2012 No. 550-IV.

This Law defines the legal status, operating procedure, goals, objectives and powers of the National Welfare Fund, the procedure for interaction between the National Welfare Fund and government agencies, as well as certain features of the legal status of legal entities whose shares (participation interests) belong to the National Welfare Fund and other organizations belonging to the National Welfare Fund group.
