The following social support measures are provided to other persons covered by this Law:

1) payment of a special state benefit in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of persons specified in subparagraphs 4) and 5) of the first part of Article 8 of this Law;

2) social assistance in monetary or physical terms provided by a local executive body within its competence, with the exception of persons specified in subitems 4) and 5) of the first part of Article 8 of this Law.;

3) the right to use, upon retirement, the polyclinics to which they were attached during their work.

This Law defines the organizational, economic and legal basis for the provision of social support measures to veterans and other persons covered by this Law.
