The participants of the compulsory social health insurance system are:

1) payers;

2) consumers of medical services;

3) health care entities;

4) authorized body;

5) The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) the foundation;

7) State Corporation;

8) other authorized bodies.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 405-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the system of compulsory social health insurance in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to health protection.
