1. Public catering facilities carry out the production, processing, sale and organization of consumption of their own products, as well as other food products.

2. The provision of menus to visitors in public catering facilities is recognized as an offer (public offer) to conclude a retail purchase and sale agreement for the catering products indicated in the menu.

3. The general requirements for the operation of public catering facilities are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the regulation of trading activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
