In order to ensure biological safety, clean and uninfected raw materials and materials should be used for the manufacture of toys that do not contain substances prohibited for use either in their pure form or in the form of compounds or mixtures. The raw materials used must have a positive sanitary and epidemiological conclusion of the state bodies carrying out sanitary and epidemiological supervision.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
