1. The drawing of the prize fund is carried out in accordance with this Law and the terms of the lottery.

2. The lottery draw is carried out by lottery equipment by generating a randomly won lottery combination, which the lottery participant must compare with the lottery combination in his lottery ticket, electronic lottery ticket, in order to identify his winnings.

3. When drawing the prize fund of a lottery draw, the lottery operator creates a lottery commission, which carries out its activities in accordance with this Law and the lottery rules.

Representatives of public associations or other non-profit organizations may be included in the composition of the circulation commission.

4. Duties of the circulation Commission:

1) confirmation of the compliance of the lottery conditions with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lotteries and lottery activities;

2) confirmation of the number of lottery tickets participating in the drawing, electronic lottery tickets;

3) confirmation of the results of the circulation by signing the minutes of the circulation commission and the official table of the results of the circulation by the members of the circulation commission.

The minutes of the drawing committee and the official table of the results of the drawing are signed no later than one business day from the date of the drawing.

5. The lottery operator provides a broadcast of the lottery prize pool with a demonstration of the procedure for determining winnings on a live TV channel or on the Internet.

6. The results of each prize fund drawing and lottery ticket winnings, electronic lottery lottery tickets are published by the lottery operator in periodicals distributed throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan within three business days or posted on the lottery operator's Internet resource within twelve hours from the date of the lottery.

7. In case of termination of the lottery, its prize pool must be drawn in full, including the super prize.

8. The prize pool of the instant lottery consists of:

1) identification by a lottery participant of a hidden lottery combination, which is embedded in a lottery ticket, an electronic lottery ticket at the stage of its manufacture;

2) comparing the information revealed by the lottery participant with the lottery conditions.

9. It is prohibited to use procedures and algorithms that allow you to determine the result of the prize pool of an instant lottery before the start of such a drawing.
