Article 13. Responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Safety Zone Law on the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Safety Zone

     Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Safety Zone entails liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Law regulates public relations arising from the establishment and operation of the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Safety Zone.
