Article 13. Stages of accreditation The Law on Accreditation in the field of Conformity Assessment
1. The accreditation includes the following main stages::
1) acceptance and consideration of the application and submitted documents;
2) conclusion of a pre-credit agreement;
3) examination of submitted documents;
4) examination of the applicant at the location;
5) making a decision on accreditation or refusal of accreditation;
6) conclusion of a post-accreditation agreement, approval of the scope of accreditation and issuance of an accreditation certificate, or termination of the pre-accreditation agreement.
2. Re-accreditation is carried out in compliance with all the stages provided for in paragraph 1 of this article. The application for re-accreditation is submitted by the applicant no later than six months before the expiration date of the accreditation certificate.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations.
