Article 13. State control and supervision over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on State guarantees of equal rights and equal Opportunities for Men and Women, the Law on State Guarantees of Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities for Men and Women

State control and supervision over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state guarantees of equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women are carried out in the form of inspections by state bodies engaged in activities in the field of ensuring equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women, in accordance with the procedure determined by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2009 No. 223-IV.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of ensuring State guarantees of equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women and establishes basic principles and norms concerning the creation of conditions for gender equality in all spheres of State and public life.
