Article 13. Territorial election commissions of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Territorial election commissions are regional (cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic), district, city, and district election commissions in the city.
2. Territorial election commissions:
1) ensure the organization and conduct of elections of the President, deputies of Parliament and maslikhats, akim, members of other local self-government bodies;
2) are formed as a part of seven members.
3. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/14/2004 No. 545.
4. The composition of territorial election commissions for the election of the President, deputies of Parliament, maslikhats and akims shall be published in the mass media no later than ten days later, and territorial election commissions for the election of members of other local self–government bodies - no later than seven days after the appointment or announcement of elections.
