1. The book of records of documents submitted for state registration is maintained by the registration authorities in order to record and establish priority between applications submitted for state registration of the occurrence, modification or termination of rights (encumbrance of rights) to immovable property and other objects of registration.

2. The priority between applications entered in the register of documents for state registration is determined by the date, hour and minute of filing the application for state registration.

3. The form, content and procedure for keeping a book of records of documents submitted for state registration shall be determined by the authorized body.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
