Article 13. The Order of "Dank" is awarded to persons of the highest officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations, special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as persons of the highest commanding staff of the Prosecutor's Office, civil protection, internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Law on State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- for achievements in the leadership and management of troops, high combat readiness of troops and ensuring the country's defense capability;
- for the excellent organization of military, border and internal service, ensuring national security, strengthening the rule of law and protecting public order.
The Order of "Dank" consists of two degrees:
- "Dank" I degree;
- "Dank" II degree.
The highest degree of the order is the First degree. Awards are made sequentially: II degree and I degree.
