Article 13. The procedure and conditions for issuing, reissuing, and refusing to issue a license to engage in forensic expertise, as well as control over the activities of persons engaged in forensic expertise on the basis of a license Law On Forensic Expertise

1. A license to engage in forensic expertise is issued to individuals.

2. The procedure and conditions for issuing, reissuing, and refusing to issue a license to engage in forensic expertise are established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

3. Forensic expertise is not an entrepreneurial activity.

4. Control over the activities of persons engaged in forensic expertise on the basis of a license is carried out in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
