Article 13. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on the Special Status of the City of Turkestan

     This Law shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication, with the exception of paragraph 4 of Article 10, which shall enter into force upon the expiration of sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

     This Law regulates the legal basis of the special status of the city of Turkestan and is aimed at its preservation, study and promotion as a unique heritage.
