Article 130. Powers of the authorized body upon termination of the activities of branches of non–resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Law on Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan

The authorized body shall monitor the activities of liquidation commissions that voluntarily and forcibly terminate the activities of branches of non–resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Article 115 of this Law.
