Article 131. Terms of election of members of other local self-government bodies of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Elections of local self-government bodies provided for by the Constitution of the Republic, other than maslikhats, are appointed respectively by regional and city (cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic) election commissions after the enactment of the law defining the status and powers of local self-government bodies.
