Article 14-1. Confirmation of the energy auditor's compliance with the Law on Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency Improvement
National standards in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency improvement are developed and approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of standardization.
Confirmation of the energy auditor's compliance is carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Technical Regulation" and "On Accreditation in the field of conformity assessment" and national standards in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 13, 2012 No. 541-IV.
This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the activities of individuals and legal entities in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement.
