The implementation of the regulatory policy includes:

1) analysis and public discussion of existing problems of state regulation;

2) developing a consolidated solution to the existing problem, taking into account the results of public discussion, as well as comments and suggestions from interested government agencies and organizations;

3) if necessary, the introduction of regulation through the adoption of a regulatory legal act;

4) providing the necessary deadlines for regulatory entities to prepare for new regulation, taking into account their regulatory burden;

5) assessment of the effectiveness of the adopted regulatory legal acts.

This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
