1. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan determines the national operator of the international road transport tracking information system.

1-1. The national operator of the international road transport tracking information system may be a state-owned enterprise, a joint-stock company, or a limited liability partnership with one hundred percent of its shares (shares in the authorized capital) owned directly or indirectly by the State.

2. National operator of the International Road Transport Tracking Information System:

1) complies with uniform requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and ensures information security;

2) provides the possibility of tracking international road transport using navigation satellite systems in accordance with the procedure defined by the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the authorized state body responsible for ensuring tax revenues and other mandatory payments to the budget.;

3) provides carriers with services for tracking international road transport using electronic identifiers (navigation seals) in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
