1. An energy auditor carries out his activities only as part of one energy audit organization on the basis of an employment contract and (or) as an individual entrepreneur.

2. An energy auditor, who is an individual entrepreneur, conducts energy audits only of buildings, structures, and structures.

3. An energy auditor who is an individual entrepreneur is obliged to own, by right of ownership or on another legal basis, information and measuring complexes and technical means authorized in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the list of information and measuring complexes and technical means approved by the authorized body.

This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the activities of individuals and legal entities in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement.
