1. The Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan use weapons and military equipment to eliminate the threat of an act of terrorism in the airspace or to prevent it.

2. If the aircraft does not respond to radio commands from ground control points to stop violating the rules for the use of the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) to radio commands and visual signals from aircraft of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan raised to intercept it, or refuses to obey radio commands and visual signals without explanation, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan use weapons and military equipment. to prevent the flight of the specified aircraft by forcing it to land. If the aircraft does not comply with the landing requirements and there is a real danger of loss of life or the occurrence of a man-made disaster, weapons and military equipment are used to prevent the flight of the specified aircraft by destroying it.

3. If there is reliable information about the use of an aircraft to commit an act of terrorism or about the seizure of an aircraft, and all the necessary measures for its landing have been exhausted due to the circumstances, and there is a real risk of death or man-made disaster, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan use weapons and military equipment to prevent the flight of the specified aircraft. aircraft by destroying it.
