The accumulation and storage of fingerprint information obtained during fingerprint registration is carried out by the internal affairs bodies through the formation of an electronic information resource in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The accumulation and storage of fingerprint information of persons in respect of whom a decision has been taken to issue a seafarer's identity card of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by the authorized state body in the field of transport through the formation of an electronic information resource in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 40-VI SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of fingerprint and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
