Article 14. Acquisition of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a child of stateless persons of the Law On Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     A child born in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to stateless persons who have permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The footnote. Article 14 as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/27/2012 No. 15-V (effective ten calendar days after its first official publication).  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1991 1017-XII. This Law regulates the issues of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
