Article 14. Charitable organization The Law on Charity
1. A charitable organization is established to fulfill the tasks of charity provided for by this Law.
2. The founders of a charitable organization are individuals and (or) legal entities.
3. A charitable organization has the right to engage in entrepreneurial activities, the income from which is used to provide charitable assistance and is not subject to redistribution between the founders.
4. Income from entrepreneurial activities of a charitable organization is subject to taxation in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
