Local representative bodies:

1) on the basis of data from the state monitoring of property, together with the authorized body, participate in the development of proposals and recommendations aimed at the development of the relevant administrative-territorial unit;

2) has the right to use data from the state monitoring of property when approving economic and social programs for the development of the territory.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
