The competence of the state bodies responsible for receiving notifications includes:

1) receiving notifications;

2) maintaining the state electronic register of permits and notifications;

3) implementation of the notification procedure in electronic form through the state information system of permits and notifications in accordance with the rules of its functioning;

4) verification of the applicant's compliance with the requirements established by regulatory legal acts;

5) exercising other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations.

This Law regulates public relations related to the introduction and implementation of a permissive or notification procedure for the implementation of certain types of activities or actions by private business entities and other persons provided for by this Law.
