The authorized body in the field of religious activity within its competence:

1) implements the state youth policy;

2) carries out explanatory work among young people to strengthen interfaith harmony and religious tolerance;

3) carries out interaction and cooperation with youth organizations to strengthen interfaith harmony and religious tolerance;

4) carries out the formation, monitoring of the implementation and evaluation of the results of the state social order on strengthening interfaith harmony and religious tolerance among young people;

5) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
