Authorized body in the field of social protection of the population:

1) participates in the formation of state policy aimed at promoting employment and reducing poverty;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2010 No. 372-IV (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

3) develops methodological recommendations on the use of active forms of employment promotion;

4) exercise other powers stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
