1. The procedure and conditions for concluding a purchase and sale agreement, as well as the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers, are determined in accordance with the Civil Code and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the specifics established by this Law.

2. If the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan establish an age limit for the consumer when selling any goods, the seller is obliged to refuse the sale if he has not presented documents confirming his age.

3. A wholesale purchase and sale agreement is a type of supply agreement in which domestic trade entities sell goods from retail facilities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
