Article 14. Criteria of accreditation The Law on Accreditation in the field of Conformity Assessment
Applicants and subjects of accreditation must meet the following criteria::
1) have the status of a legal entity or a structural subdivision of a legal entity acting on its behalf;
2) have qualified personnel who can perform conformity assessment work in the declared area of accreditation;
3) have the right of ownership, economic management, operational management, or temporary possession and use of premises, equipment, and material resources necessary to perform conformity assessment work;
4) meet the requirements of the regulatory documents for which they are accredited (accredited), taking into account the accreditation scheme;
5) carry out conformity assessment work in full and within the limits approved in the field of accreditation.
Normative documents in this Law are understood as standardization documents.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2008 No. 61-IV.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations.
