The lottery operator is obliged to allocate quarterly at least three percent of the difference between the proceeds from sold lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets and the prize fund to a legal entity promoting the development of creative industries, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at least ten percent of the difference between the proceeds from sold lottery tickets., electronic lottery tickets and prize pool for a single operator, carrying out activities for the distribution of extra-budgetary funds aimed at the development of physical culture and sports, as well as at least ten percent of the difference between the proceeds from sold lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets and the prize fund in the form of mandatory property contributions to the public fund "Kazakhstan Khalkyna".

A legal entity that promotes the development of creative industries ensures the promotion of the lottery and the lottery operator within the framework of projects or events organized and/or funded by it.
