The production, distribution, and placement of advertisements for financial (including banking), insurance, investment, and other services related to the use of money from individuals and legal entities, securities, and digital assets is prohibited.:

1) to advertise information that is not directly related to the advertised services, securities or digital assets;

2) guarantee the receipt of income and the amount of dividends on common shares or income on digital assets;

3) to advertise securities without registration of the issue, as well as upon suspension or recognition of the issue of securities as invalid;

4) provide any guarantees or suggestions about the future efficiency (profitability) of activities, including by announcing an increase in the exchange rate of securities or digital assets;

5) conceal any of the essential conditions stipulated in the advertisement, contracts;

6) advertising of types of entrepreneurial activity that encourages individuals to make their own profit or benefit by involving other individuals in the activities of this enterprise or the purchase of goods from this enterprise;

7) advertising of multi-apartment residential buildings and (or) complexes of individual residential buildings under construction, aimed at attracting money from individuals, legal entities and (or) persons operating in accordance with a joint venture agreement (simple partnership, consortium), without specifying the number and date of issuance of a permit to attract money from shareholders or specifying numbers and dates of the concluded agreement on the provision of equity participation in housing construction or the agreement on the provision of guarantees in the framework of renovation, provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Equity participation in housing construction", as well as those that do not correspond to the classification of residential buildings (residential buildings) in the approved construction project.

This Law regulates the relations arising in the process of production, distribution, placement and use of advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
