The bodies exercising State control and supervision over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state guarantees of equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women interact in their activities with public organizations involved in ensuring gender equality and protecting women's rights.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2009 No. 223-IV.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of ensuring State guarantees of equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women and establishes basic principles and norms concerning the creation of conditions for gender equality in all spheres of State and public life.
