1. The logistical support of the national contingent is provided by the state body (organization) from which it is sent.

2. If additional material and technical support of the national contingent is required with property available in another state body (organization), the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides to transfer additional property from one state body (organization) to another state body (organization).

3. In the absence of additional property in state bodies (organizations), the property is acquired at the expense of the funds provided for in Article 23 of this Law.

This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of the national contingent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in peace and security operations (missions) in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
