Foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan may enter into and terminate marriages with citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other persons, enjoy the rights and duties in marriage and family relations on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
