1. registration sheet for the following Real Estate objects:

1) land plot;

2) to the subsequent object of real estate;

3) a land plot together with the original real estate objects located on it.

2. the registration form consists of the following four sections:

1) identification characteristics of immovable property specified in Paragraph 1 of this article;

2) a register of rights to immovable property with the allocation of easements established in favor of a land plot or other object of immovable property that has a dominant position;

3) Register of encumbrances of rights to immovable property with the division of collateral, as well as obligations arising from immovable property;

4) a register of legal requirements and transactions that do not entail the emergence of rights or encumbrances of rights to immovable property.

3.the form and procedure for making entries in the registration sheet are determined by the authorized body.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

This law defines the goals, objectives and legal grounds in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
