The heads of central executive bodies (with the exception of the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan), akims and heads of national higher educational institutions report to the population at least once a year on the work done.

The procedure for holding reporting meetings is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 401-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations resulting from the exercise of everyone's constitutional right to freely receive and disseminate information in any manner not prohibited by law.
