In order to ensure radiation safety, toys must not contain radioactive elements or substances exceeding the permissible radiation safety standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
