In order to prevent actions that mislead consumers about the safety and quality of biofuels, biofuel manufacturers provide buyers and consumers with complete and reliable information on the safety and quality of biofuels in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
