The subordinate regulatory legal act defining the procedure for the provision of public services provides:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.11.2019 No. 272-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

2) description of the order:

actions of the service provider's structural units (employees) in the process of providing public services;

the interaction of the structural units (employees) of the service provider in the process of providing public services;

interaction with a State Corporation and (or) other service providers, as well as the use of information systems in the process of providing public services;

issuance of the result of the provision of public services;

3) the procedure for sending information on amendments and (or) additions to subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services to organizations that accept applications and issue the results of the provision of public services, and to service providers;

3-1) an appendix with a list of basic requirements for the provision of public services, which contains:

name of the public service;

name of the service provider;

ways of providing public services;

the term of public service provision;

the form of public service provision;

the result of the provision of public services;

the amount of the fee charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

work schedule of the service provider, State Corporation and information facilities;

the list of documents and information required from the service recipient for the provision of public services;

grounds for refusal to provide public services, established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) other requirements, taking into account the specifics of the provision of public services, including those provided in electronic form and through a State Corporation.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
